Contact Me Within 30 Days

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please contact Lucy within 30 days of delivery. I’d be happy to hear about your situation and help you find a suitable solution.

Damaged, Defective, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, I’m truly sorry! Please email me at pressonwithlucy@gmail.com with your order number and, if possible, a photo of the issue.

I’ll do my best to find an appropriate solution, such as a refund, replacement, or another reasonable resolution.

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, I generally process it within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
